SKILLS INFO
Skills Sessions are the best way for your athlete to improve individually as a player.  We will hold 2-3 skill sessions a month, beginning in Sept through May.  Skill Sessions will be held out of Landrum Middle School in Ponte Vedra Beach, Palmer Catholic Academy in Ponte Vedra Bch, Bolles San Jose or Bartram Campus.

There are two different seasons for the skill sessions.  Sept through the end of February will be the 1st season.  This is represented by the duration of the North FL League.  The second season will be March 1st - May 31st.  This will represent the travel team season..

Each skills session will have 3-5 professional paid coaches attending.  Each session will be 2 hours long and the majority of these will be on Wednesday's, Thursday's or Friday.  The first hour of the session will consist on station work focusing on fundamentals of the game.  Shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, rebounding, etc.  The second hour will consist of scrimmaging.  Players will be broken into teams based on skill and age level.  They will spend an hour playing in an open gym format.

All Skills Sessions Fees are covered in your team registration fees.  If you are not part of a team, you can register for $15 a session.

Once we begin our Travel season in March, Sessions become part of the travel team fee.  Those who do not make a travel team can still attend for the $15 a session.
